Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed in writing, either by fax or e-mail, without fail.
Cancellation: rack rates
- 7 days before arrival, full refund of first night
- 2 days before arrival, 50% of deposit refunded
- Less than 2 days before arrival, deposit retained by the hote
